<p>Your boy is coming at you today to explain how to SKYROCKET your confidence by getting jacked.</p>



<p>Regardless of who you are, it’s likely that you’ve experienced having low confidence at one point or another. Earlier in my life, I barley had any confidence compared to what I have now.</p>



<p>From the ages 15-19 , I never understood why I wasn’t as confident as I thought I should be. Couldn’t put a finger on it.</p>



<p>I was a very good athlete… so I was always in pretty good shape. But not jacked. And didn’t have the pride I take in my appearance like I do now.</p>



<p>I think it’s important to note that we live in a society that now coddles people for having low confidence or low self esteem. Instead of having them play victim, we need STRATEGIES (like lifting weights) to get their ass back on track.</p>



<p>I know this because I used to play the victim card. “Oh this is BS… I’m not getting the <a href="https://leanmusclestallion.com/what-are-women-attracted-to-understand-this/">girls</a> I want and I’m just generally not that happy. I wish I could feel better about myself.”</p>



<p>It’s a complete LOSER way to think… and everyone should understand that you can 100% take the bull by the horns. Step up, have some discipline, and build your confidence and self esteem.</p>



<p>No one is going to do it for you. You need strategies like lifting, reading, improving your dating life, doing fun stuff.</p>



<p>If you play the victim card for not having any confidence, your life is going to get worse and worse. The mind is so much more powerful than people realize. You CANNOT have negative beliefs and expect to live a good life.</p>



<p>In a victim mentality, your mind will reinforce all your negative beliefs. If you live in an abundance mentality, your life will start to improve and confidence skyrocket.</p>



<p>It’s up to you &amp; only you to change those and make yourself a winner and a conquerer.</p>

<p>For some reason whenever I think of mental toughness I think of Tim Grover. If you haven’t heard of him, I encourage you to check him out.</p>



<p>He trained MJ, Kobe, Wade, and many more guys. He talks about developing your mind so you have pride in what you do and be tough as NAILS. He’s all about developing self belief. No excuse type of guy.</p>

<p>There’s the old saying… “take pride in what you do”. Well guess what, there’s some damn truth to it.</p>



<p>When you put in the work to build muscle you will take a tremendous amount of pride in yourself. You CANNOT feel low confidence and have self respect at the same time. Those 2 go in opposite directions.</p>



<p>I’m not talking about the pride that is full of egotism. This is the type of pride that DEMANDS a level of excellence from yourself based on the habits you’ve implemented.</p>



<p>You’ve built a body of work… NO ONE can take that away from you. If you can build a body why not build a fortune? Why not date the most beautiful women in the World?</p>



<p>You’ll take pride because you know you put in the <em>work.&nbsp;</em></p>



<p>No wonder a ton of guys are suffering from low confidence… they haven’t worked and EARNED it yet.</p>



<p>Hate to break it to you, but you don’t just wake up one day thinking you can take on the World. It’s a feeling that’s built over a long period of time.</p>



<p>Guess what though… it’s an amazing feeling when you know you’ve built it yourself.</p>



<p>Instead of saying “this sucks… my life isn’t the way I want. When will it ever get better?”</p>

<p><strong>Clearly, the time had come when Adams was </strong><strong><em>forced</em></strong><strong> to reach </strong><strong><em>instantly</em></strong><strong>, a DECISION which could have cost his life. (Racketeers and dishonest politicians have prostituted the honor for which such men as Adams died) .”</strong></p>



<p>Oh but the average guy of today is discriminated against right? While the men of the past were risking their lives for freedom, the men of today sit on the couch and cry about how they can’t accomplish anything. It’s embarrassing.</p>



<p>You should have no excuse to not have high testosterone in our age today.&nbsp; You have the gym, perfect food, supplements, etc.</p>

<p>It’s pretty hard not to feel roaring confidence when you’ve spent 5 years in the gym making your body look chiseled.</p>



<p>It may be superficial… but when you look in the mirror and see muscles popping all over place it’s quite a feeling. Unfortunately most guys won’t get to experience this though.</p>



<p>This is because they aren’t willing to put in the work that it takes to look like this. It doesn’t happen right away, so they aren’t willing to make the sacrifice.</p>



<p>Getting jacked has a host of both physical and mental benefits. I truly think they are both extremely important.</p>



<p>In fact, I think the mental component is actually more valuable.</p>



<p>But if you are a young 20 something and struggling with confidence, looking like a <em>lean muscle stallion </em>is going to take care of a lot of insecurities. Trust me on that.</p>
